Project Management

Every project we undertake is assigned a dedicated project manager to oversee and co-ordinate development. We use the same project management principles for all projects, no matter the size (read more). Project managers remain with projects from start to finish and work with the client at every stage to ensure development stays on track.

Our project management approach is based on the following philosophies:

• The success of a project is dependant on how well the project has been planned. As such we spend a lot of time creating project requirements and specifications to ensure what we deliver is what is needed
• All projects are going to be subject to risk, so we place heavy emphasis on our risk analysis and management
  
• Information flow between our clients and ourselves is the key to a smoothly running project. We need to ensure that there are no surprises and that clients are involved in all decisions throughout the project.

PRINCE2

All of our project managers are fully certified in PRINCE2 to Practitioner level and our project management procedures are based upon PRINCE2.
